Anita Dorothea Twele
December 1, 1927 - July 31, 2017
Anita D. Twele (nee Rothert) passed away July 31, 2017 in Abbotsford, BC. She was born in Lodz, Poland and immigrated to Canada with her husband Wilhelm Twele in 1953. She is survived by two brothers, Karl Rothert and Hardy Rothert, her sister Ella Kallabis, four sons, Rolf (Maxine), Jurgen (Daelyn), Peter (Hazel) and Martin, and 11 grandchildren, Kevin, Michael, Christopher, Scott, Matthew, Steven, David, Mark, Anita, Heather and Andrew, and 19 great grandchildren. She was a generous and kind mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, and she will be truly missed. A celebration of Anita’s life will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Abbotsford Baptist Church, 33651 Busby Rd., Abbotsford, BC V2S 1V2.
