ALVIN DANIEL DAHL
Feb.15, 1945 - June 28, 2009
Alvin went home peacefully to be with his Lord & Saviour, Jesus Christ, in his 65th year. He was born in Chilliwack B.C. He lived in the Abbotsford area until 1979 when he moved to Texas. He also lived in South Carolina and, most recently, in Washington State.
He is survived by his loving wife, Edith, his son, Jared (Sarah), his granddaughter, Selah Rose; five brothers and three sisters: Lenora (David), Dave(Barb), Walter (Alida), Peter (Heidi), Helen (Herman), Art (Marg), Karen (Leonard), Ken (Janice), many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Alvin's passion was Family, Gardening and Missions, particularly Cambodia. He also had a heart for Jewish people. There will be a "Celebration of Alvin's Life" on July 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. The Service and Reception will be held in the Central Heights Church Gymnasium. In lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to the Ratanak Foundation at the Service; The Foundation will send receipts.
