Albert, born October 24, 1923, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on January 26, 2005. He was predecease by his son Tom.
Al lives on in the lives of his wife Winn, the love of his life for 57 years, his children Jim, John, Patty (Ryan), Sue (Roy), Rob Michelle); his grandchildren Joanna, Matt, Jenne, Cedar, Terra, Rowen, Sam, Leigha, Ramsey, Sarah, Nathan, Bryan, Jon, Chris, Josh, Tim and great grandchildren Logan and Matthew and many friends.
Al valued hard work and he enjoyed his career as a longshoreman. Fishing was a lifelong passion and we will always treasure the memories of family camping trips with Dad, especially to Puntzi Lake and Monck Park. Everyone who knew him enjoyed his unique sense of humour. He was a kind and gentle man.
A celebration of Al’s life will be held on February 2, 2005 at
1:30 pm at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Rd., Abbotsford.
