SCHMIDT, Agnes
Mrs. Agnes Schmidt, a long-time resident of Abbotsford, passed away on February 16, 2010 at the age of 94 at Menno Home, Abbotsford. She will be lovingly remembered by her four children Eric (Sandra), Ernie (Carol), Lucy (Dave) Gmur, and Henry (Erica), nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and sister-in-law Meta Enns. She was predeceased by her husband Jacob in 2002. She was born July 17, 1915 in Fuerstenwerder, Russia. Family was most important to Agnes. She will be remembered for her love of flowers and her generous heart. A viewing will be held on Monday, February 22, 2010 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 1:30 pm at the Chapel of Menno Home, 32910 Brundige Avenue, Abbotsford with son Henry officiating.
