Two men who police say are members of the UN Gang have been charged with the first-degree murder of an Abbotsford man who was gunned down outside a Langley IGA grocery store in February 2009.

Canada-wide warrants have been
issued for the arrests of Conor D’Monte, 33, of Vancouver and Cory "Frankie" Vallee, 34, of no fixed address for the murder of Kevin Robert LeClair, 26, who died in hospital two days after the shooting.

LeClair was a close associate of the Bacon brothers and high-ranking member of the Red Scorpions, RCMP said this afternoon (Monday) at a press conference.

He had been living in a home in the 4300 block of Meighan Place in Abbotsford prior to his death.

D’Monte and Vallee have also been charged, along with other UN Gang members, for conspiring to kill the Bacon brothers and their
associates.

Vallee and five others are also charged with the May 2008 murder of Burnaby’s Jonathan Barber and the attempted murder of Vicky King.
