A minor two-vehicle rear-end collision in the middle section of the Abbotsford-Mission bridge slowed traffic in the southbound lanes on Tuesday afternoon.
Vehicles were backed up as far as the on-ramp from the Mission shopping centre area, but by shortly after 2 p.m. the accident scene was cleared, and traffic was moving normally.
The accident occurred at about 1:30 p.m. and Abbotford Police, Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service were on scene.
Early indications are that a Mercedes had stopped or slowed at about mid-span and was hit from behind.
