Highway 1 reopened with lanes clear in both directions over the lunch hour after a multi-vehicle crash east of Annis Road in Chilliwack Wednesday morning brought traffic to a standstill.
The collision happened around 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 23 in the ess curves.
