The price was right for Abbotsford long-haul truck driver Jagraj Grewal.

After coming on down to the Esso gas station on South Fraser Way, Grewal successfully scratched his way to a $100,000 prize after purchasing a Price is Right scratch ticket at the establishment.

Grewal’s win is the top prize in the game. He said his family was in disbelief after the win.

“They didn’t believe me at first when I told them,” he stated in a press release. “Once I showed them on my phone using the BC Lotto! app, they were very excited for me.”

He admitted the prize won’t allow him to retire early, but it will help he and his family out a great deal.

“Instead of doing long trips for work, I might try to do more local trips,” he said.

No word on if Grewal plans to spay and neuter his pets after the win.
