An MTV-worthy house does not come cheap.

The 20,135-square-foot former Abbotsford home of Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger is for sale and can be yours for just under $9 million.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion is located on North Burgess Ave. off Mt. Lehman Road. It was once featured on MTV's Cribs reality series. It boasts a barn, an indoor hockey rink, indoor and outdoor pools and a separate guest house.

There is also covered parking for 10 cars, but if you need more than that, the listing suggests converting the rink to a 5,000-square-foot garage.

The listing cites "many sundecks and patios" and "thousands of feet of paved driveways with glorious mountain views."

Taxes on the property were $23,830 in 2013.

Kroeger sold the home last year. Realtor Paul Quinn said the new owner invested another $1 million into the house before putting it on the market again. The house is listed at $8,980,000.

Kroeger built the home with his former common-law wife. He married pop star Avril Lavigne last year and media reports suggest they now live in Ontario when not touring.
