Abbotsford residents advised not to walk or skate on outdoor ice

With temperatures warming, the City of Abbotsford is advising residents that it is not safe to walk, play or skate on any outdoor frozen surfaces.

As frozen surfaces will begin to melt, surfaces may be very dangerous for anyone on them.

The city is asking that residents do not put themselves at risk and stay off of any outdoor frozen surfaces.

The city has many public skating times available in our indoor ice rinks. Visit www.abbotsford.ca/prc for current skating schedules.
