A large procession of vehicles moved slowly down First Avenue in Mission on Wednesday afternoon.

A total of 21 vehicles, tow trucks semis and more, from across the Fraser Valley participated in the event in memory of Paul Robitaille.

Robitaille, who used to work for Mission Towing and was an ICBC employee for more than 20 years, passed away from a heart attack. He was only 56.

The procession of trucks – which came from Hope to Port Kells – began at the Junction in Mission and went all the way through downtown to Cherry Ave., eventually ending at the Cedar Valley Mennonite Church.
