Abbotsford Police were on the scene of an incident at a downtown business complex on Tuesday morning.

Reports indicate that an apparent assault occurred in the complex in the 33500 block of South Fraser Way that houses the Fraser Ridge apartment complex, a dollar store, a real estate office, Sprott Shaw College and other businesses.

Abbotsford Police were not providing any details on the incident on Tuesday, saying it was still in the early stages of the investigation.

The complex is located at the busy Five Corners, where South Fraser Way, McCallum Road and Essendene Avenue intersect.
