Terry Fox Run slated for Abbotsford
The 2012 Terry Fox Run will take place on Sunday, Sept. 16 in Abbotsford.
The annual event features a 10-, five- and two-kilometre route and is free to participate. This year’s run begins at 10 a.m. at Ellwood Park, 31419 Maclure Road. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m.
Organizers say the run is suitable for bikes, wheelchairs, strollers and rollerblade. Dogs on leashes are also welcome.
