Police seek victim in violent assault at Mill Lake Park

The Abbotsford Police Department is investigating a violent assault that occurred on Aug. 23, at approximately 5:20 p.m. at Mill Lake Park.

The victim, only identified as “Shawn” left the scene before talking with police. The victim also stated he was heading to a foster home. The Abbotsford Police would like to identify the victim and speak with him.

Suspects were taken into custody and charges are pending.

The victim, or anyone with information about this incident, is asked to contact the Abbotsford Police Department at 604-859-5225, and quote file number 2012-33490.
