Abbotsford Police release fifth video in series
The Abbotsford Police Department (APD) has released its fifth video in the Operation Veritas series.
The latest production, called Gated Community, continues the APD's messaging about the negative impacts of gang involvement and the importance of making positive choices.
The Operation Veritas initiative began in the spring of 2010 as a means of combating the myths of the supposed glamorous gangster/criminal lifestyle, said Const. Ian MacDonald.
"Choices have consequences but it is never too late to make a good one," he said.
"The APD believes that these initiatives and community efforts have to be concerted and long-term to be effective."
