Abbotsford Police traffic blitz sees six cars impounded for excessive speeding

The latest traffic enforcement blitz by Abbotsford Police resulted in six cars being impounded for going 40 km/h or more over the speed limit.

The blitz took place Saturday and Sunday along Highway 11 in the area of Townshipline Road.

Const. Ian MacDonald said the drivers of the six cars were recorded going speeds of 123 km/h to 139 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
