The Okanagan Wine Festivals Society announces the return to in-person consumer tastings with Valley First Presents the BC Wine & Food Truck Feast on Aug. 7 in Kelowna at the Okanagan Mission Community Hall.
This outdoor event sold out early in 2019, and tickets are selling quickly for this year’s relaunch. Guests will enjoy seven small plates of food from the trucks and have the opportunity to taste over 40 wines. A local mamba band will set the tone for this hot summer event, and custom-made ice wine popsicles will provide a cooler edge.
Fall Okanagan Wine Festival events are not far behind! After a long 18 months of no in-person events, the Society is thrilled to get back to the business of placing Okanagan Valley wineries and communities on the stages they deserve through their events and wine award competitions. In October, the Okanagan Valley is the place to be to taste many fabulous wines that are inherent to BC!
