Mission’s Opening Nite Theatre is presenting the frolicsome comedy Nana’s Naughty Knickers.

The show stars Toni Hehn as a widowed New Yorker, who runs an illegal lingerie boutique for seniors out of her Dillinger style, speak-easy apartment.

Her law-student granddaughter, Bridget (played by Katie Thompson), is frantic. Tax evasion is serious and Nana could get arrested by the young cop next door (Tony Loyer) or worse, evicted by her stingy landlord (Randy Holmes).

Others aboard this runaway comedy train are feisty friend Vera (a whiz with the walker), played by Pat Davis, two Casanova delivery men (Gary Atha and Gary Crawford), a racy model (Angela Bell), a powerful client (Tracey Anderton), and the nosy voice at the front desk (also played by Atha).

Nana’s Naughty Knickers runs Fridays and Saturdays from April 26 to May 12 at 8 p.m. and on Sundays at 2 p.m.

The show takes place at 33223 Railway Ave. in Mission. Tickets are $12 and are available at Murdoch’s BookShoppe 33078 First Ave. Mission or at the door.
