This third official exhibition at the museum is called Canadian Sikh Identity: The Turban Challenge and the Evolution of the Turban or Pagri.

The opening will include speeches from dignitaries, including Baltej Singh Dhillon, the first turbaned Sikh member of the RCMP, who will be providing the keynote address.

The opening takes place on Sunday, Jan. 20 at 2 p.m. at the Sikh Heritage Museum, 33084 South Fraser Way (across from Khalsa Diwan Society Sikh Temple).
