Motorcycle Show back at Tradex

The Vancouver Motorcycle Show returns to Tradex in Abbotsford from Jan. 17 to 20.

The show, one of the busiest of the year at Tradex, features hundreds of 2013 motorcycles on display, as well as scooters and ATVs. The lineup of manufacturers includes Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, KTM, Polaris, Suzuki, Triumph, Victory and Yamaha.

In addition to the new bikes, there will be a wide range of exhibits and features, plus the latest in apparel, accessories and touring destinations.

This year, Team Empire's acclaimed freestyle stunt riders Nick "Apex" Brocha and Ernie "EDub" Vigil will perform at the show for the first time.

The duo has gained attention as riders and filmmakers for their series of online motorcycle videos, which have gone viral and generated millions of views worldwide.

Saturday, Jan. 19 is "She Rides Night," when women are encouraged to attend the show for half price after 5 p.m. The evening includes demos and activities for female riders.

Show hours are 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Tradex is located at 1190 Cornell St., adjacent to Abbotsford International Airport.

Tickets are $14 for adults, $9 for seniors/juniors and free to kids six and under.
