Art Car project at Canada Day
The Reach Gallery Museum Abbotsford will be creating an “Art Car” at this year’s Canada Day celebration at Abbotsford Exhibition Park.
In order to complete the project, organizers are seeking extra materials.
Anyone who has any dark coloured ceramics, metal, hard plastic (including small toys and Lego), magnets or other items are being asked to donate them to the project.
Bring the items to The Reach before June 30.
The public can stop by between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesday to Friday.
If you’re planning on attending the Canada Day celebrations taking place July 1, then bring a few objects with you to glue onto the car. It’s an easy way to become part of the project.
