Abby Dads hosts a free family justice information session on Tuesday, Feb. 28. Fathers and mothers can meet and connect with a provincial court judge, staff from Family Maintenance Enforcement, a family lawyer, and a family justice counsellor. The Fraser Valley chapter of Hominum meets Friday, Feb. 24 at 7:30 p.m. The informal discussion and support group helps gay, bisexual and questioning men with the challenges of being married, separated or single. Abbotsford After 5 hosts “A Zest for Life” dinner on Monday, Feb. 27 at ABC Restaurant (32080 Marshall Rd.), starting at 6:30 p.m. The event features Waltraud Neufeld showing kitchen gadgets and giftware from Cobblestone Cottage and Ann Griffiths, author and conference speaker, challenging us to spice up our lives with healthy relationships. LEARNING PLUS

Two classes are offered by Learning Plus next week. On Tuesday, Feb. 28, the topic will be “Flourish: Current Thinking About Well-being and Happiness” with Connie Davis. Tom Baumann will give an illustrated talk on Thursday, March 1 about the agricultural aspect of his recent trip to China with a UFV delegation. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am. to noon at the Abbotsford Recreation Centre, 2499 McMillan Rd. The fee is $5 per class, plus entrance to the rec centre.
