A free drop-in swim and skate event will be held at Matsqui Recreation Centre (MRC) on Christmas Day (Dec. 25).
Residents can enjoy a cheerful day in the pool or on the ice at the event. The drop-in runs from noon to 3 p.m. and includes skate rentals.
MRC is located at 3106 Clearbrook Rd.
Those attending are asked to bring a donation to the Abbotsford food bank.
