City of Abbotsford accounting staff have been honoured by the Government Finance Officers Association with a Canadian Award for Financial Reporting recognizing excellence in their field.
At Monday’s council meeting, Coun. Patricia Ross, serving as deputy mayor, congratulated staff on the accomplishment. She added:: “We’ve always been very proud of you, but it’s nice for someone from an outside agency to recognize you as well.”
