Abbotsford's Ann Bason sits in her new fully-loaded truck as Chilliwack's Mertin GM salesman Satinder Manju and general manager Jason Arnold show her all the bells and whistles.
Bason won the vehicle, which retails for $60,000, from the Rotary Club of Chilliwack's truck raffle. The raffle ran from October to March, and the draw took place on Friday, March 28.
The more than $27,000 in funds raised from the raffle will go towards maintaining and improving the Chilliwack Rotary Trail. Manju was happy to see Bason win the truck as he sold two vehicles to her family over the years, and was recently trying to get her to buy a new truck.
