Abbotsford students earn medals at regional skills competition

Abbotsford students put their skills to the test and aced it, at last week’s Upper Fraser Valley Regional Skills Competition.

The March 2 event at UFV’s Trades and Technology Centre in Chilliwack included students from Mission, Langley, Chilliwack, Hope, Abbotsford and Agassiz.

Abbotsford school district students won a total of 24 medals (nine gold, eight silver and seven bronze). Gold medalists advance to the Provincial Skills Competition on April 5 at Tradex in Abbotsford.
