Community School offers boot camp
The Central Abbotsford Community School Society holds boot camp classes starting Nov. 19.
Taking place three times per week, Boot Camp includes a mix of cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises through activities such as walking, jogging, drills, resistance bands, stability balls, and more.
The program is led by two certified instructors, Rod and Carryl, and takes place in the parking lot of Abbotsford Middle School.

Central Abbosford Community School Society is a group of schools that, when not teaching students, are used for recreational and educational opportunities for the community.
