Wellness expo includes seminars
An event focusing on health and wellness takes place in Abbotsford on Saturday, May 26.
The Spring Fling Wellness Expo runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Cascade Culinary Arts School, 35190 DeLair Rd.
The event includes fashion shows, live entertainment, 35 exhibitor booths displaying products and services, a silent auction and 50/50 draw with proceeds to the culinary arts school.
Guest speaker Tim Egerdeen will be on hand to present his latest seminar, Food Labelling – What You Weren’t Taught.
Other free seminars cover topics including managing financial risks, social media, improving physical and mental health, and three mistakes parents make. Admission is $2.
