Fundraiser for Lilee-Jean
A fundraiser takes place this Sunday, Feb. 12 in Abbotsford to help support the family of Lilee-Jean Whittle-Putt of Chilliwack.
The Support Our Sweetheart event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Phoenix Lounge, 33780 King Rd. It includes a silent auction, entertainment and more.
Tickets are $50 and are available only in advance by calling 604-855-5999 or 604-850-8657. They can also be purchased online at loveforlilee.com.
Lilee-Jean, 14 months old, is currently receiving her fourth round of treatment at BC Children’s Hospital for a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer. Her parents, Andrew Putt and Chelsey Whittle, cannot work while they care for her.
