Business students collect food bank donations during Heat games

A group of business students from University of the Fraser Valley will collect donations for the local food bank during the Abbotsford Heat hockey games on Friday, Dec. 9 and Saturday, Dec. 10.

The students from professor Cindy Stewart’s advertising class will be on hand starting at about 5 p.m. outside on the UFV campus at 33844 King Rd.

They will collect cash and non-perishable food for the Abbotsford Community Services’ Food Bank and Christmas Bureau.
