Coats for Kids campaign kicks off on Dec. 3
The Bakerview EcoDairy is once again teaming up with the Abbotsford News for the Coats for Kids campaign in support of the Salvation Army.
The winter clothing drive supports vulnerable individuals and families who are in need of warm clothing. Welcome are donations of clean, gently used or new winter coats, boots, hats and mittens for children and adults.
The campaign kicks off at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3 during the Fieldstone Vintage Market (noon to 5 p.m.) at the Bakerview EcoDairy, located at 1356 Sumas Way.
On that day, children who bring a donation of clothing will receive a complimentary guided tour of the EcoDairy. Clothing donations can be dropped off throughout December at the EcoDairy and the Abbotsford News (34375 Gladys Ave.) Call 604-557-5481 for more information.
