Raman Rajwan (left), Moriah Andreas, Jenoa Rabinovitch and Madison Mayert (not in photo) were key organizers as the W.J. Mouat grad class held a Thanksgiving can drive for the Abbotsford Community Services’ Food Bank. With a donation from PriceSmart and plenty of participation from students, they gathered more than 700 cans – enough to barricade the front door of the school early Friday morning. They got to school at 5:30 a.m. to do the job before class, and were still in their pyjamas.
