Overwaitea Group purchases Zellers pharmacy business
The Overwaitea Food Group has entered into an agreement to purchase all of Zellers pharmacy business, including prescription files, in B.C. It has also purchased the majority of Zellers pharmacy business, including prescription files, in Alberta as well as from The Bay stores in Vancouver, Victoria, Prince George and Edmonton.

OFG has pharmacies in 97 stores across B.C. and Alberta that are neighbouring Zellers and The Bay locations and has a customer-focused transition plan in place to ensure continuity of care for Zellers' and The Bay pharmacy patients.
